Warranty Inspections

It’s a brand new home.  There shouldn’t be any issues!  It would be wonderful if that were the case, but unfortunately the higher the level of competition, the lack of skilled craftsmen and the sheer volume of home building leaves a lot to be desired.  Fast and cheap is the name of the game today. 

Make sure you are getting what you bargained for with your new home.  Get a warranty inspection before your warranty runs out.  Once your warranty expires, it is nearly impossible to get some builders to come back and fix anything.  The cost of repairs will fall to the homeowner, in addition to paying for the home even if it was the builder’s responsibility.
