Contracting

As time has passed we have seen an emerging need for contractors who are able to help realtors, homebuyers, and home sellers with small repairs and improvement issues that arise in the real-estate market.

Being that we are a Licensed Virginia Contractor and have years of experience, we are qualified to take on some of these contract jobs that most larger contractors do not wish to deal with or that smaller contractors are not qualified to do.
We are now offering these services to clients on a limited basis who are involved in real-estate transactions.

Since we are state certified we can only perform repairs on homes that we have not inspected within the last twelve months. This would create a conflict of interest as well as not adhering to the State Regulations for Certified Inspectors.
